What is Peak Leadership Development?
Over the last three years, the Office of Human Resources has facilitated an intensive leadership development program that allows leaders to reconnect with their values, discover their strengths, and challenge traditional assumptions about leadership. The program also provides a space to learn about leadership opportunities and organizational values at App State. This cohort-based program will continue to be a mainstay of our leadership development portfolio, but it has a new name: Crest!
In addition to the Crest program, we are adding two more experiences: Ridge and Summit. These programs will allow leaders to deepen their understanding of leadership skills, processes, and relationships, with opportunities to put their knowledge into practice.
