The Department of Government and Justice Studies at Appalachian State University invites applications for a one-year faculty position in American Politics/Political Behavior with research and teaching interests in one or more of the following areas: public opinion, voting/electoral politics, political psychology, and political communication. The ability to offer courses on gender, race, and/or ethnicity is a plus. Candidates should be on track to earn a Ph.D. prior to September 2019.
