We are excited to introduce a brand-new resource for Appalachian State University employees—the AppWell Employee Health Clinic!
This new clinic is a collaboration between Health Promotion for Faculty and Staff, the Appalachian Institute for Health and Wellness, App State Department of Nursing, and UNC Health.
The clinic is designed as a bridge to primary care, particularly for new employees who do not yet have an established primary care provider. It will provide confidential access to basic health services while helping employees connect with an ongoing primary care provider for their continued health care needs.
The Employee Health Wellness Clinic will open Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, in Leon Levine Hall, AppWell Interprofessional Clinic.
