In January, the State Health Plan announced Aetna will become the third-party administrator of the State Health Plan in 2025, replacing Blue Cross and Blue Shield, the current administrator. The State Health Plan has created a website for State Health Plan members to get accurate and up-to-date information about this transition. Human Resources encourages State Health Plan members to go to the website to read the FAQS and sign up for Member Focus, a newsletter that provides information about the State Health Plan.
