January 2026 Premiums
Please note that premiums for January 2026 will be deducted from December paychecks. Employees are encouraged to review their pay statements to ensure the correct deductions are reflected.

2026 ID Cards
2026 ID cards are scheduled to begin mailing on December 18, 2025, and mailing will be completed before the Christmas holiday.
Employees will need to start using the new ID cards on January 1, 2025, for all medical and pharmacy services.
We encourage employees to register for Aetna's member portal and download the Aetna mobile app.
