1-bed, 1-bath apartment on Bamboo Rd, just past Leon Levine and down the road from Samaritan’s Purse HQ. I’m hoping to hand over the keys in the next month or two. The current lease runs until July 26th, 2027, and you’ll have the option to renew.
Rent is $1,225 a month. You just cover electricity and internet (no water bill since it’s on a well!). Pet-friendly—my older German Shepherd and cats have loved it here. The property management charges a $300 pet fee plus $30 a month for pet rent, but they do accept valid ESA letters through PetScreening. You’re 10–15 minutes from the heart of App State, and only 5 minutes from both the Mountains-to-Sea Trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Boone High Country Rentals handles the paperwork, so the new tenant will just need to cover their application fee, admin fee, security deposit, and rent. Unit does have a washer/dryer.
