I am a regional/remote staff member who owns a home in Boone, NC (2.5 miles from campus on the Vilas side). My son, who is a student, lives there currently. One of his roommates is leaving. This is a three-bedroom two-bath house. Plenty of parking and faces a lovely creek. Ideal for an undergrad or grad student as they are nearing the end of their programs. One-year lease but open to extending until December '26.
While I would love a staff or faculty member, this is a college-age setting. I would like to set up a meet and greet with the current residents before signing a lease.
