It was not damaged at all by Helene and is available for faculty, traveling faculty, but not for students under 24 years old.
1-2 adults would find this to be an ideal location, well appointed and cozy.
We accept a small, well behaved dog, but there is a pet fee.
NOT handicapped accessible.
Close to Boone and Blowing Rock, and about a 12 minute drive to AU.
Utilities, except for hot tub use, is included.
Available for 3-6 months on February 1, 2025

Linens, kitchen ware and appliances included.
Property Manager close by for issues that may arise.
No smoking allowed within cabin.
