2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Furnished Apartment in Larger Home - Available for Short-Term Housing Starting January 1, 2020
We are located about 4 miles from campus in a very small private
development. The home is set on 3 acres of heavily wooded property.
We want to rent the apartment furnished for 3 months to a year at a
time. We are very flexible.
This is a basement apartment in a large (four-story home). The
rental space is 1200 square feet so it is very large with a private
entrance (no steps!) and private parking for 2 cars right by the door.
More cars can be accommodated a few feet away.
INCLUDED IN $1400.00/ month rent: WI-FI, Heat/air, garbage pick
up, artesian well water.
The private covered deck has an outdoor hot tub.
A roomy kitchen is fully equipped. There is a microwave, toaster,
popcorn popper and coffee maker provided along with a dishwasher.
We have Wi-fi , TV (no cable but streaming networks) as well as a
DVD player, CD player, games and books.
The living room/ dining room has a propane stove. We have propane
heat throughout as well as auxiliary baseboard heat.
Both beds are queen size and the mattresses are firm with a soft
pillow top cover. The larger bedroom has a small desk and both
bedrooms have large walk-in closets for storage.
The rooms have a fresh and modern feel with hardwood floors
throughout. There are plenty of windows for lots of light.
The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels. There is a shower-no
tub.
There are a full-size washer and dryer in a roomy laundry room.
Well behaved dogs and cats will be considered; we have a small dog
that generally gets along well with other dogs (and people!).
Although the access road is maintained by our POA snow can be a
bit tricky. A 4WD is recommended in snow!
We are a very quiet couple with a fairly quiet dog. Because this is a
basement apartment you may hear footfalls or other noise
occasionally. We generally go to bed early and get up late, however!
We live in a quiet neighborhood so no parties, please.
Be especially conscious of noise when using outdoor facilities.
