It is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, only 0.8 miles from Appalachian State University (~20-minute walk through a walkable neighborhood to campus), and has multiple AppalCart stops nearby (mostly Maroon and Silver routes).
Ideal for staff/faculty, couples, and graduate students. 2 parking spots are included per apartment, which is free with a pass distributed by Appalachian Management/LMS.
Parking is not checked over the summer. Each bedroom has a sizeable closet, and there are 2 closets in the apartment outside of the bedrooms.
