Apartment to sublet is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the first floor: rent is $1,950 per month, which includes internet and trash service.
There is an AppalCart stop at the entrance to the apartment complex: it takes about ten minutes to get to campus on the bus.
The complex is pet-friendly: we have a cat, and many of our neighbors have dogs. The space is available to sublet in the last week of October and our lease runs through the end of January 2027.
