Home available August 1 st, 2023, to May 15, 2023. No exceptions on vacate date.
Rent - $2800/month. ($3000 security deposit + 1st month’s rent). Rent is due on the 1st of every
month. $140 penalty for late rent. Credit check required, minimum $7000 per month income
Rent includes:
Water, Garbage, Security system, Yard maintenance, and care
Appliances (Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Microwave)
Use of hot tub
Not included in rent:
All utilities (Propane/Electricity)
Internet services (fiber optic available)
House rules:
No more than 2 unrelated persons living in the house
No large parties (over 8 people). Home is in quiet residential area. No loud
noises/music.
No modifications to home
Must have proof of renter’s insurance.
Must keep house clean and free of trash. All garbage is to be put out weekly for pick-up.
With 24-hour notice, must allow home inspection.
Restrictions:
No smoking/vaping on property (inside and outside home)
No incense, essential oils, or aroma therapy of any kind inside home
No pets
No waterbeds
No sub-Letting of room or home
