Our apartment is located downtown Boone, NC. It is a short (5 minute) walk to ASU's campus and King Street where you will find many restaurants, shops, and Earthfare grocery store. The apartment is in the basement of our home but there are two doors, and three windows letting much light inside.
The apartment is pretty small but well designed and has a queen bed, wardrobe and shelves for clothes, small living room with love seat and tv, kitchen and bar table with two bar stools, and full bathroom with shower.
Rent includes: water, electric, trash, internet.
No pets! No parties! Strongly prefer graduate students or professionals. This will go fast. Please email me for an application.
Number of Parking Spots per unit: 1, but it is not located at the apartment. We have rented a spot nearby that is within walking distance.
