I have furnished mother-in-law suite available to rent- it is attached to my house with private entrance and parking. Its a studio apartment with a bathroom and deck. Location is 1.5 blocks from convocation center, in a wooded lot. I am looking for someone who would like to stay mid-week- preferably someone who is commuting to Boone to work at App State and needs a place T/W/Th nights (or fewer) during the school semesters. Rent is negotiable depending on length of stay.
