The available space is the furnished, spacious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. Shared areas include the living room, kitchen, and laundry room (washer and dryer included). You’ll be living with a female App State professor and a friendly but slightly sassy cat (who mostly keeps to herself upstairs).

Rent: $700/month
Short-term stay preferred (would consider longer if needed) - Fall Semester (August 1 - December 31) with option to extend into Spring
Rent includes utilities, internet, and bi-monthly professional cleaning
