I'm an App State faculty member looking to sublet my two-bedroom apartment in Boone near New Market from December 2025 to July 2026.
The apartment is spacious and comes with a lovely balcony area. We could sublet the apartment furnished or unfurnished. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to rent for a few months while looking at more permanent housing in the area.
