App State professional and adjunct instructor looking to buy a house in the area. Would like to specifically stay within Watauga County as my stepkids are in that school system. In search of a 3+ bedroom, 2+ bathroom house to buy in the next couple of months. We live in Boone full-time in a rental house, but our lease ends in July and we want to move out by or before then and into our own home. Any leads appreciated! Not interested in a lot or land that we would have to build on. If anyone has a vacation rental, second home or rental property they're looking to offload, I might be interested!
