I am an assistant professor at App, and I am looking for a housemate in a 2 bedroom/1 bath on Grand Blvd. The house is walking distance to downtown and campus with a driveway/parking. There are two floors with plenty of storage space and newer appliances (including a washer and dryer).
The rent is $1250/month each (utilities not included) Available July 2025.
I have two well-behaved cats, so no more pets are allowed, unfortunately!
