House will be available between August 1 and August 15 (negotiable). Rent is $2500 per month and includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, high-speed WiFi, and seasonal lawn-mowing service); trash/recycling is the responsibility of the renter. Home is offered fully furnished - but removing some furnishings is negotiable. References and a one-month security deposit are required to secure the rental. Small dogs (no cats) are allowed, with an additional monthly fee/deposit.
