Things that may make you sad:
- 12-15 minutes to appstate (it is a lovely drive though)
- No additional pets
- Shared shower
- Steep paved driveway (snow tires required in winter and awd suggested)
- 1 year lease - no subletting
- Lease starts Aug 1 but can move in on the 30th of July.
- 1st month and security deposit required.
- We are finishing up our undergrads and are working part time.
- We're planning to stay two more years here.
