This tastefully furnished studio is on the lower level of my home. One open room with areas for sleeping, relaxing, and dining, plus a large covered back porch overlooking the wooded backyard. Full bed with premium linens, a couch that folds to a bed for an occasional overnight guest, and a dining table for two that I can swap for a desk if you prefer. TV with Roku. Blackout curtain available.
The well-stocked kitchenette features a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator suitable for an apartment. Bathroom with shower and storage closet. Washer and dryer in the garage with your parking space.
Extra storage available. A walkable, safe, and friendly neighborhood of families and second homes between Boone and Blowing Rock.
