During our September 22nd HR Town Hall Meeting, we outlined the various leave options currently available to university staff and committed to provide a written summary for your reference. Since that discussion, we received additional clarification regarding the various Community Service Leave options and one change was made to application of the Emergency COVID-19 Paid Administrative Leave, permitting half of the 80 available hours to be accessed for qualifying circumstances before employees exhaust their personal leave balances.
An updated summary of all current leave options is now posted on our HR COVID-19 website here. Please note that these options continue to be subject to revision and we will do our best to keep the posted summary current and promptly notify you of any changes.
We also noted, during our September meeting, that we have scheduled additional Town Hall meetings in October and November. The dates, times and Zoom links for those meetings are:
