Statewide Wellness Program Lunch and Learn - Anti-Inflammatory Foods

Chronic inflammation affects many individuals and has been attributed to more than 50 percent of all deaths globally (Novant Health). Katie Godin, RD, LDN, from LifeStyle Medical Center will discuss the main contributors of chronic inflammation and the importance of dietary and lifestyle changes to decrease risk and alleviate symptoms of chronic inflammation.
 
After the brief presentation, Godin will demonstrate how to make a delicious anti-inflammatory main course: Charred Shrimp Pesto Buddha Bowls.
