We are excited to announce that Human Resources, in collaboration with Payroll and Information Technology Services, have updated the process to complete a separation for non-student temporary employees. Before now, the process was completed via PDF that was later submitted to Human Resources through email.
We have leveraged DynamicForms to build the form into an electronic, "paperless", workflow. The form will now be completed online, and upon submission, the form will be sent to the appropriate department for review and completion. There are many benefits to moving this process to DynamicForms, one in particular is that this form will be trackable and visible to the user. Once submitted, users can log into DynamicForms to see the status of their form.
This form is only relevant when a Non-Student Temporary Employee separation date changes from the originally submitted end date.
