I am Akhil, a new employee soon joining the Business Systems Office at Appalachian State University this September. I am a 25-year-old male who prioritizes safety and cleanliness. I am looking for a private room in a shared apartment or home, or I am open to renting an entire apartment/studio, preferably near the university. I would prefer a strictly non-smoking space. I’m planning to move in early September and I am seeking a short-term lease initially as I get acquainted with the area, but I am also open to signing a longer-term lease if it’s a good fit.
