I am seeking an apartment, townhouse, or home rental in the Boone area. I am joining Appalachian State University on June 01, 2025 as a full-time staff member and I am also a graduate student pursuing a terminal degree.
I would consider a one- or two-bedroom rental and have transportation and will consider options outside of Boone with a 20-minute drive to campus.
I am a responsible individual, and my partner would be joining me in late summer/early fall 2025. I do not have pets. I have a rental range of $800 to $1,400 per month.
