Master bedroom/bath available in a shared 3 bedroom house. Two folks live upstairs and one in MIL suite in basement. Current residents are two male faculty members. We split house costs evenly each month. Steep driveway requires walking up a hill to the house when it snows. Were respectful of course, but you should know we keep late hours-it’s not unusual for the TV to be on until midnight.
