Looking for someone to take over for a roommate.
1bd/1ba in a 2bd/2ba apt for June and July with no roommate during the summer and option to continue.
$750 plus utilities (water, elec, and internet; works out to be about $850-900 total). ONE BLOCK from campus on Oak St and a FREE parking spot! Fully furnished or empty (your choice).
I'm traveling this summer and won't be here, so you essentially get the whole place to yourself for two months!
