I am a faculty member looking for a housemate in the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house! I am not the owner/landlord - I am the current renter. The room is available starting in June or July via subletting from my current housemate or in August at the start of the new lease.
The house is walking distance to downtown Boone/campus with plenty of parking in the driveway (no parking fees). The house has plenty of storage space, a large porch, and a small yard.
I have 2 cats, which means my landlord will not allow pets anymore, unfortunately!
