I am looking for someone interested in my current apartment (1 bed/1 bath. A/C and heating, dishwasher, fridge, microwave).
I am living in the Skyline Terrace condo very close to AppState (https://maps.app.goo.gl/f6jjTwoZpxoKeN1R8).
This condo is pet friendly, and it is only for professionals (no students).
The monthly rent is $1,485.
The rent includes internet, the washer and dryer are in the “Club House”.
The Club House has 24/7 office space, kitchen, playroom, and a small gym. The monthly electricity and water bills are not included.

My current contract goes until July 2024, but in this month February, you can also apply for renewal.
