I've got a spare 1bd/1ba in a 2bd/2ba apartment two blocks from campus! I know a lot of faculty commute from a bigger city and stay at a hotel or Airbnb or whatnot a couple of days a week, so this could work well as an alternative to that. Rent would depend on the number of days.
