I'm an older lecturer looking for a 2 bedroom (although I may consider a 1 bedroom) 1-2 bath condo in the Boone area. I'm probably interested in renting for the first year (commencing with the fall semester) and buying it or another condo thereafter.
I've a cat so it must be pet-friendly. A garage or carport would be a plus.
