Supervisor Development Institute 

This certificate program is designed to provide new and existing supervisors with a broad base of knowledge, skills, and concepts related to managing others. This program teaches elements of policy, compliance, soft skills, and leadership. To earn the certificate, you must complete all 6 classroom modules (21 hours) within a 2 year period.

Each module is offered once a semester. Individual modules are not eligible for credits toward the Explorer or Mountaineer Badge. Those who complete all modules earn the Supervisor Development Institute earn a certificate recognizing their achievement.
