Purpose
Peak is the culminating milestone of the Summit Series leadership journey, focusing on the core pillar of Leading Across the Organization. This powerful cohort experience challenges participants to lead with vision, strategy, and influence at a broader level by strengthening skills that empower strategic thinking, complex decision-making, and organizational awareness. Participants will explore critical topics such as workforce development, ethical leadership, change management, and AI for operational efficiency. From fostering a culture of care to translating strategy into action, Peak equips leaders to drive innovation, inspire organizational excellence, and create lasting impact across the institution.
Target Audience
Peak is designed for leaders who are ready to think beyond their teams and shape the future of the organization. Participants who are not in a supervisory role may be admitted upon successful completion of Crest and Ridge.
