Standard & Plus PPO Plan Rates for Active Subscribers
The approved premiums include increases for most members and a cost reduction for some members who cover children on their plan. To alleviate the financial burden on the state’s lowest-paid active members, the plan will introduce salary-based premiums in 2026.
