In light of the new 2026 premium rates, the HR department is actively updating all related communications. The approved premiums include increases for most members and a cost reduction for some members who cover children on their plan. To alleviate the financial burden on the state’s lowest-paid active members, the plan will introduce salary-based premiums in 2026. More information will be provided before Open Enrollment, which will be held Oct. 13 through 31.
