Use the Leave Request form for Faculty and Staff to request leave.
All SHRA and EPS (Formerly EHRA) Administrative employees who are eligible to earn leave qualify for the following types of leave:
Leave Programs for Faculty and Staff Exempt from the North Carolina Human Resources Act
