Counseling for Faculty and Staff provides counseling, consultation, training, and referrals for concerns that impact both your personal and professional lives. Services are provided for faculty, staff, and their immediate families.

App State's Employee Assistance Program provides support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues. These services are confidential and provided at no charge to you and your dependents. 

The Emergency Loan Fund has been established to assist employees with an alternative and convenient means of borrowing money during times of emergency or unexpected situations. Employees can submit an Emergency Loan Fund Application (Docusign Form) to request assistance.

Facilitated discussions are available to Appalachian State University faculty and staff members who are experiencing workplace differences.

The Office of Access & Equity: Disability Resources oversees workplace accommodations on the basis of disability.
