App-iversary
Celebrate employment anniversaries! Have each team member share what they appreciate most about team member who hit a 5-year milestone or annually at team meetings.
Campus Connections
Attend any Campus Connection together as a group and discuss key takeaways over lunch in the dining hall or coffee at Crossroads.
Icebreakers
Incorporate icebreakers into team meetings. "Would You Rather" is always a crowd pleaser. This is an easy activity to adapt to remote work teams as well!
LinkedIn Learning
Add micro-lessons to team meetings by having a new team member select a short LinkedIn Learning video to watch before each meeting. Then, have the team share key takeaways and how they apply to the job.
Music Playlists
Ask each team member to submit their favorite song and create a playlist to listen to during team meetings. Turn it into a game and have team members guess who submitted each song!

Take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment as a team and schedule a courtesy debriefing session with our MBTI-certified LOD Consultant.
