Overview: 

Effective leadership begins with a CORE understanding of the policies and practices that drive organizational success. All supervisors are strongly encouraged to complete Core Training for Supervisors within their first year of employment in their leadership position. This two-day leadership development training is designed to equip managers with essential knowledge in key compliance and policy areas.

Full attendance is required. Participants must attend both days of the program to receive a complete and cohesive learning experience. By completing both sessions, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the frameworks, responsibilities, and policies that support ethical, legal, and effective management practices.
